Production and delivery timing.

Standard orders are made to order after payment and design approval. Customers should generally allow about 7-10 working days from confirmed payment to delivery, depending on production load and courier performance.

Courier, PostNet and collection options may be available at checkout. Delivery fees are calculated according to the selected method and order details.

Urgent production can be selected where available. It prioritises production, but courier delivery time is still handled separately by the delivery provider.

Once an order is dispatched, available tracking information is shared through the order tracking page or customer notifications.
