Important Things To Note Before Placing Your Order.

WE TAKE TIME SO PLEASE LOWER AND CONTROL YOUR EXPECTATIONS TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US EASIER.

Please understand this whole process is hand made and there might be some slight imperfections. But nothing hectic enough to deem the product as a bad product. For example:

  • The album art is hand cut and stuck on the glass plaque. This may cause some offset in the straightness of it.
  • Minor offset on the straightness of the glass, as it is also hand cut.
  • Minor bubbles on the print

This doesn’t mean your plaque will not be of high quality, we’re just controlling customer expectations by being transparent and upfront.

Custom Album Arts.

Please upload a picture of the highest quality. Should you not like the image quality of the final product we will not be blamed. Should you not upload an image we will assume you want the original album art of the song, unless its not an actual song.

Turn Around Time.

Standard Time.

We accumulate orders during working hours, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 16:00. These orders are then prepared and completed by the end of the following week, framing takes an additional 3 working days. We send out communication at each stage of the plaque, there are 8 Stages.

  1. Design Stage.
  2. Printing Stage.
  3. Printing Completion Stage.
  4. Framing Stage(Not Applicable To All Orders)
  5. Framing Completion Stage.(Not Applicable To All Orders)
  6. Review and Approve.
  7. Packaging Stage(Orders are sent out in 24 – 48 hours after this stage has been communicated)
  8. Tracking Number Stage(Only For PostNet Orders, Aramex Sends Tracking Numbers Directly To Recipients Email Address)

Understanding how our process works will make your experience with us better and limit personal expectations. We are not responsible for personal expectations of when you need the plaque completed.

Priority Order.

Priority order is when we allow a client to skip the accumulation waiting period and your order is placed with the current batch the are due for completion. This does not guarantee completion on a specific date, but it merely just speeds up the process and shortens the waiting period. There is a fee of R100 that is charged for this special treatment.

Urgent Order.

Urgent order means we’ll be pushing to get your order ready within a minimum of 2/3 working days. Should you have a specific date, do let us know and we’ll try by all means to get the product ready by then. Delays do happen but we’ll communicate every single step of the process to keep you informed.

PRIORITY & URGENT ORDERS DO NOT APPLY TO FRAMED PLAQUES AND TURN AROUND TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY.

Additional Information.

We package our plaques well & make sure they are safe. The delivery option you choose is very important.

  • Recommended Delivery Option: Postnet To Postnet.
  • Least Recommended(Available because of convenience): Aramex.

WE OFFICIALLY CANCELLED “PAXI” AS DELIVERY OPTION, DUE TO THE NUMBER OF DAMAGED PLAQUES. THIS DELIVERY SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR KEY CHAINS.

Please Note:

  1. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMGES TO THE GLASS CAUSED BY THE COURIER COMPANY, OUR PLAQUES ARE PACKAGED WELL.
  2. IF THERE IS ANY PRINTING ERRORS / THE PRINT GETS DAMAGED THEN WE WILL REPLACE/REPRINT IT. REPRINT TAKES PLACE WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER THE APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED. THIS IS DUE TO THE INFLUX OF ORDERS WE GET AND TO STAY ON TRACK WITH ORDERS. ALL ORDERS ARE TREATED THE SAME. THE DELIVERY COST FOR THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT CHARGED TO THE CLIENT.
  3. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING CARE OF THE PLAQUE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES TO IT AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT.
  4. WE DO NOT REFUND, WE CAN ONLY OFFER YOU A PRODUCT OF THE SAME VALUE. (Ts & Cs Apply.)
  5. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS DURING THE RETURN OF PACKAGES BUT WE DO REPRINT AND SEND IT BACK TO YOU FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST.
  6. OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS MIGHT TAKE TIME, PLEASE BE WARNED.
  7. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE HANDLING THE GLASS.
